Applicant Tracking through Lotus Notes

There are a number of very bright, talented people out there looking for jobs, and it can be incredibly hard managing that entire process- from creating and posting jobs, to applicant tracking and reviews, and finally to employee roll-on. Simply managing applicant files took up most of my time some days.
Fortuntately, Carlos Computer, our IT manager, found an application that took most of that off my hands, the Tracker Suite® Applicant TrackerTM. This Lotus Notes applicant tracking software automates our entire hiring process and simplifies my tasks incredibly. It handles all our hiring needs, internally or externally.
