<H1>Applicant Tracking through Lotus Notes</H1>
<P>Hi, I'm Ashley Admin. I'm one of the administrators at Bizco, and one of my responsibilities is employee hiring</P>
<P>There are a number of very bright, talented people out there looking for jobs, and it can be incredibly hard managing that entire process- from creating and posting jobs, to applicant tracking and reviews, and finally to employee roll-on. Simply managing applicant files took up most of my time some days.</P>
<P>Fortuntately, Carlos Computer, our IT manager, found an application that took most of that off my hands, the Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> Applicant Tracker<SUP>TM</SUP>. It handles all our hiring needs, internally or externally.</P>

<LI>Definable workflow for job requisition approval.
<LI>Applicant Tracker saves me time by facilitating reference checks. This also helps us roll-on new employees faster.
<LI>It generates a variety of reports, including new applications, open jobs by business unit, filled jobs, offer acceptance, and even interview schedules. Hannah HR and I find these reports incredibly useful when we need to track our hiring processes.
<LI>Applicant Tracker provides centralized storage of comprehensive job and applicant files. Now I can access whatever hiring data I need, whenever I need it without having to hunt for it!
