Hello, this is Sally. Because I have a lot of customers, it was difficult to ensure they were each getting the attention they needed. Now through Customer Tracker I can track sales contracts, purchase agreements and customer service issues, all in one centralized location in Lotus Notes. I use Customer Tracker to generate sales contracts and hand them off to accounting in a timely manner. I also manage customer contacts and maintain detailed, on-line records containing all of our customer information.
