Lotus Notes Sales Automation Maximizes Sales Efforts
Hello! Moses Marketer here. I want to fill you in on a Lotus Notes sales automation tool which has really empowered the sales staff, yours truly included, at Bizco.
The tool in question is the Tracker Suite® Prospect TrackerTM. This database contains all of Bizco's sales prospect files and contact management tools.
With Prospect Tracker, I know that all the client data I touch is always up to date and current. Prospect Tracker allows me to access all the leads, names, addresses and other sales information from a centralized location, all within Lotus Notes! Better yet- I can access Prospect Tracker data or tools wherever I am, through any Notes client or the Web.
Prospect Tracker leverages Lotus Notes to streamline the entire sales process. Some of the features I find most useful about Prospect Tracker are:
- Gives me fast access to: sales leads, marketing documents, sales projections and pipeline data.
- I receive autmatic notification of new leads gathered by Prospect Tracker.
- I have personalized views of prospect activities, schedules and contact information.
- I receive automatic follow-up reminders and tickler list activities, which helps me keep my relationship development activities on track.
- It displays managers' or individuals' views of action status.
- It instantly generates mailing lists based on individual, group, or bulk.
- Prospect Tracker offers a variety of sales document templates, including on-line proposals, quotes and related correspondence. This really streamlines my communication process with my prospects.
- My manager can quickly generate activity reports by sales person, sales group and sales region
- It offers a sales discussion forum, where the other sales staff and myself can discuss and review sales activities and issues
- Mass mailing and mail merge functionality based on selection criteria
- Meetings integrated with calendar
