Hi! I'm Pablo Purchaser. Victor Vice President asked me to take a moment to talk about our Lotus Notes purchase order software, and how it's impacted our procurement process here at Bizco.
This tool, the Tracker Suite® Purchase TrackerTM saves me so many headaches! Before Purchase Tracker came along, I'd often receive purchase orders without approvals, then I'd have to chase down the right supervisors for verification. Or worse, I'd fulfill a purchase order with the WRONG approvers, then I'd get grilled by Boris Beancounter, our Accounting head.

But with Purchase Tracker, when a PO hits my table it has all of the right approvals so that I know that it's ready to process. Receiving also uses the same forms to track the items that they receive for each purchase order. The data easily flows through the entire purchasing process!
I know our project teams love Purchase Tracker. Because it's Web-enabled, they can file POs from wherever they are over the Internet. What's more, Purchase Tracker supports multiple currencies and rate conversions- so whether Joe User is in one of our U.S. offices or somewhere in Taiwan, as long as he as an Internet connection he can file a PO for whatever he needs, one that automatically passes through the correct approval processes. Managers enjoy this flexibility as well, being able to review, approve/ disapprove and process purchase orders wherever they might be makes their jobs a lot easier. Our project managers also like that fact that POs are automatically filed in the appropriate project document, providing a complete picture of project development.
