<H2>Lotus Notes Resource Management Suite</H2>
<P>Hello, it's me, Hannah HR again. As Bizco's HR Director, I've found the <B>Lotus Notes human resources software</B> applications invaluable.</P>
<P>The <A HREF = "http://www.trackersuite.com/frame_suite_hr.html">Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> for HR</A> automates and simplifies many of my everyday tasks and processes, all through Lotus Notes and the Web. Perhaps the best part of it is the <B>centralized personnel database</B>. I'm a mouse click away from comprehensive <B>employee files</B>, including names, addresses, assets, personal information, supervisor, position history, approval limits and even photographs. Best of all, since Tracker Suite is Web-enabled, I can access this database wherever I am.</P>
<P>The Tracker Suite for HR is great for a lot of other things too! It streamlines our <B>hiring process</B> by simplifying both internal and external job postings, facilitates application collection, tracking and even reference checks. Accepted applicants are automatically rolled into the personnel database, making hiring a painless process.</P>
<P>Beyond my human resource applications, this suite also contains tools that simplify general workflow, at both the interface level and process level. Our general Bizco users also get a boost from using this database. Because the access to databases is securely role-based, viewers only see information they are approved for. General users can review their personal files and make change requests themselves, which has saved my department a lot of time.</P>
