<P>Hello! I'm Carlos. Carlos Computer to be exact- I'm the IT manager at Bizco. I'd like to tell you about a suite of <B>Lotus Notes IT applications</B> that have streamlined all of our IT operations here at Bizco.</P>
<P>What do I like best about the <A HREF = "javascript:openWin('http://www.trackersuite.com/frame_suite_it.html" TITLE = "Open a window to TrackerSuite.com's web page about Tracker Suite for IT">Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> for IT</A>? The <B><I>efficiency</I></B>. Like all Tracker Suite applications, it leveraged our existing Lotus Notes / Domino infrastructure to provide a host of Web-enabled applications: <B>help desk</B>, <B>project management</B>, <B>asset tracking</B>, <B>purchasing</B>, <B>time reporting</B>, <B>expense tracking</B>, a <B>personnel database</B> and more. Because we were already a Lotus Notes organization, Tracker Suite integrated rapidly and training Bizco staff to use it was a breeze. Because Tracker Suite is server-based, there was no impact on the desktop- we were up and running in no time! Best of all- Tracker Suite applications <B>come with the source code!</B> I can customize the applications any way we need!</P>
<P>But what does the Tracker Suite for IT offer me?</P>
<P>For starters, our support service office is a much, much quieter place lately. This suite of Lotus Notes IT applications includes a comprehensive help desk solution that streamlines the help desk process from submission to completion. This support solution includes a comprehensive FAQ and Knowledgebase functionality, enabling user self-service and saving my IT staff time for critical issues.</P>
<P>The Tracker Suite for IT also includes Lotus Notes applications that facilitate our internal project management: task assignment, document management, scheduling and more. It also provides tools for asset tracking: software, hardware, materials, even IP addresses! It's my complete IT toolkit!</P>
