The centralized storage of prospect data makes it easy to gather the information I need, and Prospect Trackers Web enablement allows me to do it wherever I am. That same Web enablement allows me to leverage the suite's time and expense reporting applications as well, a big plus for a sales person like me who's travelling all over the place on business.
When Carlos, our IT manager, told me that with Tracker Suite I'd be doing all of this through Lotus Notes mail, I was shocked. When it came time for installation, I was floored. Because I work out of New York, and Bizco is located in Tucson, Arizona, I assumed installation and training were going to be major hurdles. But Tracker Suite is server based, so all I had to do to access it was create and icon on my Lotus Notes desktop. I was installed and ready to go in minutes. Training, ha! Tracker Suite is based on Lotus Notes, and I've been using Notes for years. Mark sent me a brief PowerPoint presentation of Tracker Suite specifics, and that was all I needed.
