<P>Hi, Joe User here. I wanted to tell you about a <B>Lotus Notes time management software</B> solution that's made a real difference at Bizco.</P>
<P>The Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> Time Tracker<SUP>TM</SUP> has done a lot for my company. For starters, this solution allows us to report, track, and manage hours from any Lotus Notes client or over the Web. For a distributed company like Bizco, with project staff, managers and salespeople stationed across the United Sates and even internationally, this flexibility is a must.</P>

<P>My project manager, Mark, likes using this tool to review the hours that I and the other staff are putting in on projects. Time Tracker's role-based user interface only allows me, a general user, to submit and track my own timesheets, but Mark's role allows him more access to the database and its functions. He can review, approve and disapprove the timesheets of all his staff. As a manager, he can also create and submit a time card for employees or contractors who don't have access to the database. He likes to review our hours on a weekly basis and track our progress against the original projected dates and budgets for each project.</P>
<P>Some of the other timesheet management features we enjoy with Time Tracker are:</P>

<LI>Time Tracker's integration with Project Tracker<SUP>TM</SUP> allows me to quickly fill out their timesheets, selecting projects from lists based on the individual, group, department, or the entire organization.
<LI>Timesheet templates and validation profiles for each individual give Mark Manager and Patty Payroll peace of mind, knowing that time is being filled out correctly. Templates are easy to set up- they can be based on a last-saved time sheet or from pre-established department profiles. Rules can also be set up, like maximum/minimum work hours and valid project codes.
<LI>Patty Payroll digs the automated reminders Time Tracker mails to employees who are late with their timesheets. No more tracking late timesheets or chasing people down! She also enjoyes the automated calculation of staff hours, it streamlines the payroll process as well as improving invoicing and activity reporting.
<LI>Boris Beancounter, our Accounting head, was relieved when he found out Time Tracker could integrate with our existing accounting system.
<LI>With Time Tracker, I can update the status of a task directly from the timesheet.
