<P>Hello, I'm Mark Manager, a project manager at Bizco. I want to tell you about the <B>Lotus Notes workflow solution</B> that ties all of us together at Bizco, streamlining our operations and making us a more effective, more efficient team.</P>

<P>That product is a Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> application- Tracker Mail<SUP>TM</SUP>. It maximizes our time and communications efficiences, tying together the Tracker Suite databases and their functions through the filing, calendar and scheduling features of Lotus Notes. When I assign project tasks or set up meetings, Tracker Mail automatically checks them against employee free time, minimizing time spent in scheduling conflicts. Tasks I've assigned are automatically added to the employee's To Do list; this simple feature has improved our work efficiencies significantly! No more "lost" tasks!</P>
<P>My staff also enjoy the ability to roll important email documents into Tracker customer, project and service databases. File management doesn't get much easier. Best of all, like the other Tracker Suite applications, Tracker Mail is Web-enabled. Bizco employees can access this database wherever they are, through either a Lotus Notes client or over the Web.</P>
<P>Some of the Tracker Mail features we enjoy include:</P>

<LI>Access through any Notes client or Web browser!.
<LI>Rolling up important emails into the pertinant database. For instance Joe User can file a customer requirements email directly into Project Tracker, or Sally Sales can place a letter from a potential client into Prospect Tracker.
<LI>Having assignment and meeting schedules automatically checked against free time has saves us from conflicts and improves productivity. Tracker Mail also facilitates meeting planning by storing attendee and RSVP lists in central meeting documents. I can also instantly RSVP to Project Tracker Meetings if I want.
<LI>We can create support requests directly from email! This is great for our customer service. If a customer emails me about a problem they're having, I can file it as a support request in Support Tracker for a rapid response.
