That product is a Tracker Suite® application- Tracker MailTM. It maximizes our time and communications efficiences, tying together the Tracker Suite databases and their functions through the filing, calendar and scheduling features of Lotus Notes. When I assign project tasks or set up meetings, Tracker Mail automatically checks them against employee free time, minimizing time spent in scheduling conflicts. Tasks I've assigned are automatically added to the employee's To Do list; this simple feature has improved our work efficiencies significantly! No more "lost" tasks!
My staff also enjoy the ability to roll important email documents into Tracker customer, project and service databases. File management doesn't get much easier. Best of all, like the other Tracker Suite applications, Tracker Mail is Web-enabled. Bizco employees can access this database wherever they are, through either a Lotus Notes client or over the Web.
