<P>Hi! I'm Carlos Computer, Bizco's IT manager. I'd like a moment of your time to tell you how a <B>Lotus Notes intranet portal</B> streamlined workflow at my company.</P>

<P>The Tracker Suite<SUP>®</SUP> Tracker Portal<SUP>TM</SUP> is a configurable user interface that brings our Lotus Notes databases and Web URLs together. With the Tracker Portal our staff have a single interface from which thay can touvh any database their role requires. This access is role specific. Joe User, one of our project staff, can create, submit and review his own time, expense, and purchase reports. Supervisors such as myself and Mark Manager have the same ability, but we also have access to review and approval functions for all time, expense and purchase reports from all employees whose approval cycle we belong to. This secure, configurable access streamlines workflow at all levels of the Bizco organization.</P>
<P>As Bizco's IT manager, I'm responsble for configuring Tracker Portal. Some of the features I've come to love about this portal interface are:</P>

<LI>As an administrator, I can configure different user interfaces by role such as IT, HR or a customized role.
<LI>Simplified content organization with Notes and URL cataloging.
<LI>I can configure the Portal to interact with non-Tracker databases, something that came in very handy with our legacy resources
<LI>Integrates with all our Tracker databases and URLs for total content management.
<LI>It can be used from any Notes client or Web browser. For our project or sales staff out in the field, this is an incredible asset. Sally Sales, one of our leading salespeople, can access customer and prospect databases wherever she is. Likewise, Joe User, one of our project staff, can review project documents or submit a time card wherevever he is.
