notification of task assignments, status reports due dates, schedule changes and exceptions. With Project Tracker, I have complete control of the project lifecycle! Workflow for new projects, process by project type, team list creation and resource allocation, documentation control, budget creation and approval and more!

Some of the features I like best about Project Tracker are:

• It's scalable around functional areas
• Its role based configuration. As a project manager, I have access to more databases and views than a general staff, like Joe User. This configurability simplifies the user experience as well as promoting general security.
• I can easily determine that projects on on track by touching on-demand delivery schedules and resource reports.
• Project Tracker improves the status report process from beginning to end. Automatic notifications ensure that project staff submit their status reports on time, and Project Tracker collects and stores the reports inside the project file, ensuring that all project documents remain in a centralized location.
• As well as status reports, Project Tracker facilitates the management of all project documents, storing all related materials: budgets, plans, tasks, status reports, process templates, legal agreements, risk assessments, discussions, meetings, project personnel and more. Project Tracker provides functions for document review, approval, and version control.
• Project Tracker provides integration with Microsoft Project. Before switching to Project Tracker, we were using Microsoft Project on several jobs. Project Tracker's ability to integrate simplified our transition to Tracker Suite immensely.
• Project Tracker simplifies issue management, allowing us to resolve problems quickly and focus more time on productivity.
• It provides an on-line discussion area for project team members, improving team communication and project intelligence.
• Project Tracker's integration with the Lotus Notes Calendar simplifies meeting scheduling and notification.
• I can rest easy knowing that only approved staff can modify project documents- Project Tracker provides security at both the document and project levels.
• Project Tracker can generate a variety of charts and reports that I need as a manager to stay on top of my projects. I have a mile-high view of my project with Gantt charts, project exception reports, time pies, baseline and slippage reports and more.
