Lotus Notes IT Applications

Hello! I'm Carlos. Carlos Computer to be exact- I'm the IT manager at Bizco. I'd like to tell you about a suite of Lotus Notes IT applications that have streamlined all of our IT operations here at Bizco.

Because we were already a Lotus Notes organization, Tracker Suite integrated rapidly and training Bizco staff to use it was a breeze. Because Tracker Suite is server-based, there was no impact on the desktop- we were up and running in no time! Best of all- Tracker Suite applications come with the source code! I can customize the applications any way we need!

For starters, our support service office is a much, much quieter place lately. This support solution includes a comprehensive FAQ and Knowledge base functionality, enabling user self-service and saving my IT staff time for critical issues.

The Tracker Suite for IT also includes Lotus Notes applications that facilitate our internal project management: task assignment, document management, scheduling and more. It also provides tools for asset tracking: software, hardware, materials, even IP addresses! It's my complete IT toolkit!
